Shipping and Delivery -
All orders will take 7 - 10 days after approval. For clients in the Coachella Valley, the option of pick-up or delivery is available. For clients outside the Coachella Valley, shipping is available at an additional fee. Please note that shipping is only available to customers within the United States.
Returns -
Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective merchandise. If there is a problem with the merchandise or design after the proof has been finalized, the client must notify Merci Monogram within 2 days of receiving the goods. The items must be in their original packaging and in as-new condition for a return to be processed. Merci Monogram will either exchange the damaged goods for same items or items of the same value, if available in stock, or provide a credit to the client's account.
Refunds -
Refunds are not available for decorated items unless there is a problem with the merchandise or design after the proof has been finalized. In such cases, Merci Monogram will either exchange the damaged goods or provide a credit to the client's account. Refunds will not be issued for any other reasons.
Cancellation -
Once the proof has been accepted and payment has been made, cancellations are not accepted. The client is obligated to pay 100% of the price for the order.
Defects -
All production runs have a 5% allowable defect rate for each embroidered location. If there are any misprints or defects within this allowable defect rate, they will be credited to the client's account. However, if the misprints or defects exceed the allowable 5% defect rate, Merci Monogram will either reproduce the items or provide a credit at their discretion. It is important to note that Merci Monogram is not responsible for replacing any customer-supplied garments that are damaged, lost, destroyed, or not returned, as long as they fall within the 5% defect rate.
Variations -
The standard variation for artwork placement on any garment is .25”, with a maximum variation of .5” in any direction. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Quotes -
All price quotes provided by Merci Monogram are valid for 30 days. However, please note that quotes are subject to revision based on customer changes or upon review of the final artwork. It is recommended to confirm the quote before proceeding with the order.
